I really, really want to quit smoking. I’ve been smoking too much since I’ve started college this year. I get massive cravings after I eat, and I feel like I need them to focus and relieve stress. I stopped for a whole month during winter break, but then I came back and I started again. I’m scared of the consequences, but it doesn’t stop me from doing it. It’s totally stupid. I really want to quit. Does any one have any suggestions? Please be respectful. Thanks.
