I’ve been smoking almost everyday for the past yar. The longest time i’ve went without smoking weed would probably be two or three days. I have a lot of things going for me like I just got my BA in History at Rutgers and the only real reason to quit would be because I’m not myself anymore. Any tips on quitting?

I’ve done a lot! She just won’t stop! I;ve talked to her and told her what I think, and that I care and love her, and want her to be around when I have kids, but she doesn’t stop, she just slows down, and starts up again! She’s always coughing and getting sick!! I’m really worried that she’ll die and I’ll end up in foster care!!! What can I do!? Every time I try to even talk to her now about it, she gets mad, and she’s an RN (Nurse) so she knows what happens! But STILL she doesn’t seem to care!! I’ve tried showing her pictures and everything, and she just gets mad at me! What should I do!?!?

I am trying to contiue being smoke free. I quite two weeks ago on the patch. Does anyone have any good ideas on how I can fight cravings better? Also I would like to wing off the patch earlier what do you think and whats the best way if you think its a good idea?

ugh! i have smoked cigarettes for about 5 years now and it seems impossible to quit..any quick solutions. And if you have never smoked dont answer this question,,, unless you have helped someone else quit
