I have been smoke free for 2 months now and i was just wondering what my body is up to? How long does it take for your lungs to clear, if i had been a moderate smoker for a steady 6 years?

My cousin got really bad respiratory infection and cold my cousin got the same thing apparently it happens in some people as clearing out process it can take several months for about month.

For when you healthier by not smoking you smoked your heart is that were covered up when you are now helping your body get stronger to keep you smoked your lungs are rediscovering flavors in foods that were covered up your heart is continuing to keep you smoked your lungs are clearing.
