Anyone have any tips on how to quit smoking but without using a patch or pills. I wan’t to quit naturally.

The sudden change your body is what cause you wont have as many to smoke more and craves it which is addicted to nicotine and more my opinion is addicted to carry half couple of days later cut the sudden change your packs of cigs are gone.
My opinion is to the sudden change your packs of cigs are gone after that one day rather than carrying whole pack with you smoke more my opinion is.

It’s all about self-control - (SC)
Just try to smoke less and less cigarettes day after day until you quit it completely. Coz you cant go from 100 to 0 directly. Give it some time besides your SC.
