I want some success stories from those who have quit smoking. I have just completed my first smoke free weekend and while I am glad I am doing this, it *****. I am irritable, have not slept well since Friday night and feel horrible. I am thinking about getting some nicotine replacement. Has that helped any one else?

Thanks
Matt

I never smoked but if you put a rubberband around your wrist and snap it whenever you wanc a smoke, it will make your brain link smokes with pain instead of pleasure. Good job making it this long and good luck!
