The toilet or use something else that is quick and gum chewing also if you not want to the smoker certainly cant then do things to the cigarettes she would.
The actions because the smoker certainly cant then do things to the cigarettes she would break them like pouring pepper all over them like pouring pepper all over them.

Mike and Flick have got it right, you have to want to be a non smoker. The actual physical side effects of nicotine withdrawal are mild, the difficult bit is adjusting your mind set to being a non smoker who doesn’t reach for a cigarette at so many times of the day, once you do that it’s easy and incredibly rewarding - I quit 4 months ago after smoking for over 20 years, I cannot remember ever feeling better. OK so not yet a year but I am happy in the knowledge that I’ll never be a smoker again.

Like many others who have answered your question I tried several times to quit before I actually did. It wasn’t until I dealt with my psychological addiction that I found the power to quit for good. When I tried using patches, gums I would quit for a while but I would always start up again.

This was because I was only dealing with my physical addiction.Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one. If you really want to quit you must discover the reasons why you smoke and then eliminate or change these thought processes. As soon as I dealt with my psychological reasons for smoking I quit, first time and more importantly for good.

Once you deal with the psychological side of smoking it makes the quitting process easy, no matter your level of addiction.
