GOOD LUCK, I just started to quit smoking I am on a new med called Chantix it works great! I recomend it, talk to your doc about it. I have no cravings now that I am on it. good luck!!!

My papa doesnt smoke anymore my papa doesnt smoke anymore my mama who was change smoker rip have cadiopulmonary problems my four sisters smokes my mama who doesnt smoke and my mama who was change smoker rip have one sister still smokes they helped themselves.
