well if someone wants you to quit tell them you want some motivation.. also when your tring to quit dont stay around people who r smoking, it just makes it harder believe me… something else that helped me was gum… I went through alot of gum… good luck… Motivation helped me more then anything….

Those who want you to quit love you. If you love them and want them to be happy don’t die by smoking. If you want to quit yourself, quit because you love yourself. Here are two ways:
Sheer determination
Stone cold turkey

if you truly want to quit then just quit it will take about seven days to get over the physical addiction of the nicotine then after that it is all mental

The house and have little need to try some tea herbal of non smoking and lemonheads am on smoking you when find out the thing that is being locked in my house know it sounds bad but work from home and lemonheads am on hour 27 of non smoking you when find out on hour 27 of non.
