I need help…I am so addicted to cigarettes…I’m 30 years old and I’ve been smoking for 10 years now and I would like to quit…I think there gross and I **** the smell they leave on your hands and clothes…But, I have a hard time quitting…I need Any suggestions or help…

I quit cold turkey. I did have withdrawals but i gave myself pep talks. I really don’t know how I was able to quit. ITIS DEFINITELY WORTH IT GOOD LUCK

i started Transcendental Meditation technique. After a couple of months i had gotten rid of so much anxiety stress and tiredness that when i said to myself, it is time to quit, it was easy. three days later the desire to smoke was gone. A very effective treatment is laser therapy to the ear. I smoked for 20 years and tried it all. The only way it worked was to be out of the daily stress. Then came the fall backs of course. Pissed off I was recomended the laser accupuncture. After a 20 min session, believe it or not, the cravings were completely gone. Ask your doctor, and if it does not work the first time, the second time(if it’s a good doctor) will do it for free. Succes!!

if you r so addicted, and had tried, then do’nt put much stress on quiting, just simply take a cigrette in your finger but dont lit it till u can wait, blv me it works to postpone your wish to lite it, i have tried it many times. belive in GOD, a good wish really helps to get fulfilled.
try it everytime u wish to smoke, try to postpone it, think u accompanying parents, how can u smoke in front of your parents

I quit with Chantix…a new prescription from Pfizer. I am 38, have smoked since I was 16 and was totally addicted mentally and physically. And to make it worse, everyone around me smokes. Anyhow, this new drug is a miracle. Ask your doctor about it. I couldn’t have done it without it. It totally takes away your desire to smoke as well as cravings. Good luck!
