i wanna quit but gotta smoke when im done eating and mad and of coarse drinking? And im an ex drug addict so i heard it isnt good to quit everything but its been a year now?

try to avoid going out with people who are smoking.eat fruits or chewing gum after eating dinner.avoid laces whose lots of people there are smoking.

well I think that you should take it slow and one day at a time because, you can use some form of a support group to help you, or meetings. But all in all you will power to want to quit has to be strong and your self determination has to be high.
