I set the date- January 5th to quit smoking. I am just disgusted with myself lately for smoking.
How did you deal with the cravings and withdrawals!?
I definitely have the will power. I **** myself for smoking, I have cut down a lot but read on a lot of sites to always set a date and make it a Monday. So I thought a new year, why not! january 5th it is, thanks for the advice I’ll be reading this over and over until I stop ha
