I am 28 been smoking since i was 12 quit for 2 years and started again. I bought the patches and they work untill I get PISSED and i get mad real easy. Then I pull off the patch and have a smoke. I really really want to quit smoking. Is there any real good support systems out there for smoking. What did you do to quit smoking. I am depressed alot so that doesn’t help. Everyone says go do something else well I have nothing to do I am with my kids all day every day and smoking IS what I do. I have the computer which I don’t get a lot of time for we don’t have cable. I just need some support anyone have Ideas that could help me thanks. Also I don’t have the money for the new pills They came out with. All I can get is the patches

For at least three days of sheer hell and thats not cool now is it though give yourself some credit and get read for the rest of your life its well.

Turn to something else you crav on. Instead of spending that money each day/week on a box of cigarettes instead buy something else that you enjoy. It could be a certain drink, food or cake. Or just think of the money you could save from not buying a box of **** each week. :) Good luck.

For min and then theyre over also make sure youre not around cigarettes like one since first week of april.

For min and distract myself whenever felt like dont keep pack at home somewhere just in case.
