You should try to eat carrots! They are supposed to help when you have cravings and to help it along, try to work out once and a while, like 20 minutes a day. :)

The addiction never forget that is suppose to minimize the cravings good luck it may seem like veggies and low.

i did it you can, i lost 30 pounds in like 4 months when i quit smoking, i just drank alot of water, you want something to eat when you quit smoking, when i would get that hungry feeling i would just chug alot of water and it would go away for awhile
