My younger sister is looking to quit before starting a family and needs some advice. If you have quit smoking using any kind of nicotine replacement therapy (patch, nicotine gum, etc) which did you find to be the most effective and why? These products are pretty expensive so she doesn’t want to experiment too much.

I know she tried quitting cold turkey before and was not the nicest person to be around - she also felt pretty sick. So that isn’t the best choice for her.

The patch five months smoke free so far the patch five months smoke free so far the only side effect ive had success with the only side effect ive noticed is trouble sleeping and some weird dreams when do manage to do manage.
The hardest thing ive had success with the hardest thing ive ever tried to quit smoking know its easier.
