He is definitely risking his health and he must know that smokers drive up the cost of health care.
As POTUS, he should be promoting healthy lifestyles for all Americans. In that sense, he has an obligation to quit in my opinion.

Oh I am SURE! Smoking would be politically incorrect and we know that libs love to tell everyone how to live their lives.
