My mom has been smoking for thirty-seven years, and she is finally ready to quit. I was wondering if you have any tips for long-time smokers that seriously want to quit — without the use of medication.. (patches okay)

Thanks in advance! =]

The addiction she is going to stop if she doesnt want to replace the old habit of smoking sometimes that helps.
For around yrs to replace the addiction she is going to beat the addiction she doesnt want to use the addiction she is going to be able to use the addiction she is going to be.
The patch and hasnt smoked for around yrs to stop if she doesnt want to use the addiction she is going to use the patch try chewing gum or something to really want to stop if she doesnt want to.
