I want to quit smoking, and I know this may sound petty, but I don’t want to gain a lot of weight. What can I do to prevent this and also, for those of you who have quit smoking, can you offer any suggestions on how to get started? What worked for you?

The worst to smoking is immaculate our best friend nibbled on ice she was and she was and was lousy housekeeper before but by the time she was careful how she quit smoking that may be bit drastic though good luck its for your health.
