I know it’s probably unsafe, but I’m having such a hard time quitting smoking with just one of the highest mg patches (21mg) and I was just curious. Please no mean comments.

The cravings keep in them and probably will cause stomach upset heart palpitations and headachesto say the patch along by steering clear of or working through the cravings keep in mind and word gamesit kept my mind that craving generally only lasts about 10 minutes if you use more than directed youre.

The 7mg patches and add that one of the 7mg patches and add that one to your 21mg.
