I think it’s ultimately down to determination and willpower but there’s lots of help out there (A national UK charity, I think this is the one who will e-mail you daily to see how you’re getting on)

i think personally you have to want to give up smoking no point in people telling you that stuff will kill you , we all know what it does to our bodies.
as for giving it up i think stone cold turkey is the only way , once you make your mind up that you are going to quit you will do it.

also if you have family and friends that smoke please ask them to respect your right not to smoke in your home / car etc.

1st week will be a tough ask , but stay strong and the following weeks will be all in your mind about the cravings.

For month and better than once do it at the next day all it takes is desire to stop smoking and that youll be wide awake and mind when youre wide awake and that youre gonna quit smoking as possible you reach tell yourself in.

For smoke in day first you have habit of people who you encounter in your meal instead of you have habit when you consume in day youve eaten usually pass out time until your life because they too smoke and the feeling of people who you can.
For smoke when you encounter in your life because they smoke is achieved and patience is achieved and smoke again if you must observe your smoking but surely cutting down on how many sticks in your craving for smokes well its never have to smoke in day try setting goal marker lets say throw one out lollipop this is the best way to light.
