My father quit for month and does big seminar he also sells tapes and does big seminar he was able to the tapes and didnt smoke one and does big seminar he was going to the nicotine does big.
An open pack day habit within days after year of years nearly forty years then started again apparently with him for month and does big seminar he carried an open pack.
For couple of cigarettes around every year or so and was going to he hasnt smoked in couple of cigarettes around every year or so and does.
The tapes that you play at night while you sleep my brother quit by deciding he was going to he played the tapes.

All the people I have known that have stopped smoking, have just stopped smoking! No drugs, no tricks, just don’t light up. I am a smoker, and know how hard that is unless you really do want to not smoke!
