I need some advice on how to quit smoking. I have tried cold turkey and smoking fewer, but I eventually go right back into the nasty habit. Anything will help. Thanks.

I would suggest that when you get an urge to smoke, snack on something instead.

Preferably something healthy, like an apple, carrots, orange, banana, etc.
But candy, gum, or mints will do too. Also, always have a bottle of water with you.

I swear, it worked for me.

My husbands doctor encourages smokers to use it too my husbands doctor encourages smokers to use it ive given up on trying to take the bullet and said that in months supply.
