You breathe better (and can expect to live longer). Your hair - and your clothes smell a whole lot better. And - as a bonus - you save tons of money

You can tell her that smoking causes cancer (which most people know), and if she gets cancer and dies young, then she may never get to see her grandchildren, or will be too sick to enjoy them.
Also, smoking stinks, and makes your home and clothes reek! And it will save her lots of money.

She won’t just die younger, it will be a painful, unpleasant death that you don’t want to see.

ever heard of macular degeneration….that is when you lose your eye sight, a major cause of it is smoking….how about lung cancer, if you get that you are dead….and you stink all of the time…..that should be enough reasons, but it usually isn’t, most people can’t quit even when they want to.

It stinks, most metropolitan cities are banning it in public places, teeth get yellow, gives you cancer, and/or emphysema. Oh and its really expensive!

Health care cost are sky rocketing today
There are 2 reasons for this
Smoking related diseases and Obesity
that is why there is such a demand to stop smoking and eat healthy
If you smoke and are obese you are compounding health problems
when people think of smoking diseases they think of cancer… but smoking causes more than just cancer.
Smoking can cause heart disease, emphizema, kidney disease, and liver disease.
Tell your mom it is horrible to watch someone slowly die from a disease that is caused by smoking and you dont want to watch her suffer that way
