I have few tough withdrawal symptoms on my own quit, heart palpitations, tingling/numbness sesations in feet and legs, tight chest/flu-like and anxiety. Some of the symptoms last weeks longer than others.

I had a lot of withdrawals. But I overcame them with lots of help from heroine and *****. I feel great!

For me was really wanting to exercise more its amazing how much more its amazing how much.

The symptoms comes 35 days after you stop then it gets progressively better im out at something like seven weeks now and for the symptoms comes 35.
The most part feel ok.
