Like what brand of the patch works best. Does the gum work? Do the perscriptions work best?

I used the patches and was successful. The cheaper brand of the patches have the same ingredients as the name band so you can save a few bucks. Good luck!

I know that my mother was a smoker for about 20 years and finally quit using a mix of both I believe though I don’t actually reccomend that because I’m not sure how good it is for you. Try talking to your doctor about the best combo. Also, this may sound completely silly but what really helped my mom was cutting straws to the length of a ciggarette and then ******* on them when she was having a craving.
Oh and prayer! Ha. Lots of prayer…

Hope everything works out, you’re awesome- DON’T give up!

A woman I know was a smoker for 35 years and quit in six weeks using a drug called Chantex (I thnk that right) She said she weaned herself off and doesnt have a craving for them. I quit 10 years ago just by weaning myself off of them and chewing lots and lots of gum!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I quit this time last year having had a 30 a day habit. I’d tried and failed with allsorts until I a friend recommended this program - see below.

It also came with a 100% money back guarantee and has a 90% success rate - can’t say fairer than that!

All the best.
