I’ve tried the patches, cold turkey etc. but nothing has worked for me. I get mean when I don’t smoke and it’s all I think about until I get my next drag. I want to quit; I just don’t want to feel like putting my hand through a window when I don’t get my fix. What is a good way to quit smoking?
