Or did you get a lot more done that you might have once procrastinated on? I quit recently (almost 3 weeks) and have come across this. Curious if anyone else ever had.

Yes, I found that I had extra time on my hands, which wasn’t necessarily a good thing since it seems like the smoke breaks were actually CALLING OUT TO ME!

The good news is, I found stuff to do that didn’t involve smoking (I learned to stencil was good AND bad on account of my family got to the point where they were afraid to sit still lest I stencil them) and, eventually, I never had too much free time on my hands.

Again…great job. Keep up the good work!

Your nearly there.21 days or 3 wks then it becomes a habit,but you have to do new things to keep up with the new you.When i stopped,i decided i was going to get fit,a new body.It took time slowly but now,iam thankful i made the right decision
