i have been racking my brain how to give her an analogy. I am trying to quit smoking but i keep slipping up. I want to quit but I keep falling back. I am a 4.0 student in college and the stress of keeping that 4.0 is driving me to smoke. I want her to understand that its not just somthing you can just give up. Its chemical as well as phychological (spelling?). How do i tell her what it’s lke to try and wuit smoking so she can better understand. She has never touched a cigarette and I love that about her. I really plan on quitting here in the next two weeks when the semester is over. I don’t want to smoke. I am a nursing student and I know all the risks etc… (Don’t we all)

I need help to explain to her how hard it is to quit and what she can do to help me cause I don’t know.

She is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I don’t want to lose her.

Please help me. I don’t need advise on how to quit. Just how to explain to her how hard it is to quit.
