I have stopped smoking, 4 days now but seems a century, I hurt worse in my chest and lungs before I stopped smoking, is this normal, does anyone know the side effects I will feel after quit smoking?
I have been smoke free for 2 months now and i was just wondering what my body is up to? How long does it take for your lungs to clear, if i had been a moderate smoker for a steady 6 years?
Ive been smoking for 4 years. Im about to quit because I want to start Boxing. Will my lungs be able to go back to normal so my stanima will go back up?
A doctor told my fiance that right now would not be the best time to quit smoking because he has a bad chest cold. It had something to do with the small hair on the lungs and that id he quits smoking it will make his chest cold worse
I have recently quit smoking. (I smoked heavily for 11 yrs.) It’s been about a week, and I can NOT stop coughing. I assume my lungs are just healing from the previous smoking. How long does this horrible coughing last?
Well, Ive been smoking for over a 2 years now now, and i quit yesterday, i heard ur lungs dont heal they remain the same, is this true or what? Thanks (BTW im 16)
I just quit smoking (actually haven’t smoked in just over a week now) and I want to help my lungs repair quicker. I am in the stages of coughing up tons of mucus and it sucks, but I know its just a sign of healing. What can I do to speed up or aid this process?
