I’ve tried cold turkey and nicotine replacement but that didn’t work for me.I’ve known a few people who tried hypnosis but were back to smoking almost right afterwards.After hypnosis are the withdrawal symptoms the same?Can someone tell me their experience with this procedure and did it work for you?
How did you quit? How did you manage to stop yourself when you were craving a smoke? What about the psychological side of the addiction? Did you cut down first? I realy want to quit. Plz help.
I’m actually hoping to gain a little extra weight on my hips when I quit. I know that people usually gain weight, but I’m just wondering if the fat gets redistributed to different areas of the body.
