I quit dipping and smoking so I could run a mile better. My job has recently become more stressful and I wanted to start back dipping. But, I’m staying clear of smoking. Would dipping hurt my run very drastically?

I really would like to quit smoking. I know there are so many reasons why I should, physically and financially. I **** the smell of smoke on my clothes, in my car, etc. and I can’t stand when other people smoke around me. My only obstacle is that I actually really, really enjoy having a cigarette, and that keeps me from going through with trying to quit. Is there anyone else out there who really liked smoking who was able to quit successfully, and if so, how did you do it?

I tried to quit smoking today, but I’m a sucker I guess, this is like my fifth time trying. I really want to quit but I just go crazy inside when I don’t smoke. This sucks, never smoke.

Me and my husband have been smoking for a couple of years now.But Im noticing that my husband is smoking like two cigaret boxes daily,and Im worried about that,so im willing to quit smoking and try to get him to stop.The problem is that I have told him before,not too smoke so much or I’ve told him to lets try to quit,but he gets really mad at me.I dont knoe what to do.Does anybody have any suggestions??

i have smoked before many times, but i am doing great this time. i have no need or want to smoke again. i wish i could get my bf to quit and feel the same way..how can i encourage him to quit? he doesnt smoke a whole lot and i know he doesnt like it. i need help!

i’m feeling very unhealthy lately and want to quit both habits. i don’t like either anymore. smoking leaves me with chest infections and drinking (only when i go out) leaves me bloated.
